Welcome to Pick Our Date (the "Service"), operated by Sam Bocker, a sole trader registered in Thailand ("we", "us", "our"). By using pickour.date or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Pick Our Date sells two categories of digital goods:
All products are digital. There is no physical shipping.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Pick Our Date. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the transaction, invoicing, sales tax (VAT/GST), and payment method compliance on our behalf. Your card and billing information is handled directly by Paddle — we never see or store full card numbers.
Prices are shown in USD, THB, and CNY depending on your location and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required.
Digital goods are delivered instantly after successful payment:
You may upload photos, names, dates, and messages to create your invitation. You retain full ownership of that content. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display it solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you and your intended recipient.
You are responsible for the content you upload and confirm that you have the right to use it (including any depicted persons' consent).
You may not use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate access and issue a refund if we detect prohibited use.
The Pick Our Date brand, code, design, stickers, and templates are our property. We grant you a non-transferable, personal-use license to the digital goods you purchase. You may not resell, redistribute, or use them for commercial purposes.
We aim to keep the Service running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, third-party outages (Paddle, LINE, hosting provider), or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. If a paid invitation is inaccessible due to our fault, contact us — we will fix it or refund you (see the Refund Policy).
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms. Delivered digital goods remain yours to use until their natural expiry (30 days for invitations).
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent Thai courts. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the website.
